What is up with the criminality in Milano?

Questo sarebbe un “normalissimo” post di bici rubate se non che ai due amici qui sopra hanno fatto le bici due anni di seguito, sempre qui a milano. non ci si crede, ma tant’è.
Il globish lo sappiamo tutti, quelli avanti sanno il cinese, quindi vi faccio un copiaincolla della mail che mi hanno mandato qualche minuto fa.
Dico ma puo’ essere che si debbano ricordare di questa città solo per questa pessima coincidenza?

maybe you remember us. We wrote you last year because of our stolen polo bikes.
Me (Sven) and Sigi are from Austria. We went all the way down to Milano to take part at the Red Hook Criterium.

2010: We got our polo bikes stolen one hour before the race started, right out of the car. (Cracked Lock)

2011: This year we took part on the race and on the next day (Sunday 12:00) we were in the inner city,
drinking a coffee, and when we come back the same shit happened again. But this year we got our pretty expensive racing bikes stolen.

Those bikes were stolen:

Fixie Inc. Peacemaker (FrameNR: PM080374) (color: white) with Race Drop Bars and Mavic Comsic Carbon in Front
and Mavic Ellipse in back and white Selle Italia saddle.

Cinelli Vigorelli (FrameNR: 9MCL588762) also Race Drop Bars and Camapgnolo Pista Wheelset and Black Selle Italia saddle.
Both with Truvativ Omnium Crankset. Again out of the car. (and again cracked locks)

    beh fuori dal parenti, all'evento elita, c'era di tutto e di piu', e si riconoscevano stranieri e italiani: bici italiane legate con qualsiasi cosa, il legor di taki legato ad altre bici con un lucchettino, il mash di chas idem etc, e tutte rigorosamente con ruote carbo o comunque non robetta con sgancio rapido e non legate…

    vorrei proprio vedere cosa succederebbe se lasciassi una bici da 2.000 euro legata con una catenina per un'ora a un palo a brooklin, dopo 20 minuti si pestano per chi la ruba per primo…detto ciò, non voglio dire che non sia sbagliato rubare le bici, però cazzo, hai una bici che costa come un motorino, non mollarla a bovisa per un'ora con un lucchettino!

    Hello, thank you for your comments, I don't speak italian, but i used google translate to nearly understand the comments. To make it clear:

    The bikes were IN the CAR! The thieves CRACKED the CAR and stole the bikes out of the CAR!
